We have just formed an official committee, and are now looking for members to help the church improve its overall communications! Here's some of the help we need:
-- people who like to make or have experience making advertising strategy
-- writers who want to contribute to writing the Lighted Chalice (monthly newsletter)
-- photographers who want to contribute photos to publications and the website
-- people who like managing and participating in social media
-- people who like editing or proof-reading stories
-- people who like training others to use websites or engage in Facebook
-- people who have other ideas regarding communication, and energy to help bring them about
If this is you, please contact Alice Pawley at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd love to have you on board! We hope to have our first meeting in late October or early November.

SCARED is a collection of songs that explores the presence of fear in our lives. Our animal selves struggle for survival. Our spiritual selves struggle for meaning. Anticipated loss of our lives is a source of anxiety. We find courage when we connect our lives to ideals that are larger than our personal mortality.

Where: UU Church of Tippecanoe County, in our Fellowship Hall
This event is open to the public. CDs will be available for sale. Free coffee and snacks will be provided.
