Volunteers Needed for Holiday Art Fair

Thanks to all who have already volunteered to help with the annual Holiday Art Fair this coming weekend,, December 1st and 2nd. It takes over 100 people to cover all the duties associated with making this a successful event. There are time slots and positions available:

Wednesday, November 29 for artist check-in:
2:45 – 5:00 one each: artist inventory & artist host
4:45 – 7:00 one each: artist inventory & artist host

Thursday, November 30 for artist check-in:
4:45 – 7:00 one artist host
6:45 – 9:00 two artist hosts

Friday, December 1 for the café:
4:45 – 7:00 two cashiers, one floater
7:00 – 9:15 café assistant and floater

Friday, December 1 for the art fair:
4:45 – 7:00 two cashiers, one bagger, two shopkeepers, one greeter
7:00 – 9:00 two cashiers, one bagger, three shopkeepers

Saturday, December 2 for the cafe:
9:45 – 12:00 one each: server, café assistant, floater
11:45 – 2:00 one cashier
1:45 – 3:30 one each: café assistant & dishwasher
3:30 – 4:30  one each: server, café assistant & dishwasher

Saturday, December 2 in the art fair:
9:34 – 12:00 one shopkeeper, one greeter/floater
11:45 – 2:00 two cashiers, one greeter/floater
1:45 – 4:00 one cashier, one bagger, four shopkeepers
