It’s time again to plan for the Unitarian Universalist Church Holiday Art Fair! Last year's fair featured over 50 local artists working in a variety of mediums including painting, photography, pottery, jewelry, fiber, sculpture, ornaments, woodwork, metalwork, glass, and more.
This year's fair is happening Friday, December 6, from 5 - 9 pm, and Saturday, December 7, from 10 am - 4 pm at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 333 Meridian Street in West Lafayette, IN.

If you are an artist who would like to participate, please complete the online application for booth space by October 19.
Nuts and bolts details
If you are a returning artist, you know the drill. New this year? Here’s how it works. Participation in the Art Fair is on a commission basis, with 30% of the sales going to the church. The annual event is a church fundraiser but a good value for you too.
Booth Setup is Wednesday, December 4 from 3 - 7 pm & Thursday and December 5 from 5 - 9 pm. Booth tear down is Saturday, December 7 from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm, when artists return after close of business to confirm inventory and pick up any remaining merchandise. Payment from your sales is sent by mail one week after the event. The Art Fair is completely staffed with volunteers and a central check-out station which means you don’t have to stand at your booth for two days unless you want to. The event is anticipated and well-attended by those who enjoy unique art, live music and great food. The church promotes this event through area media, social media, posters and invitations sent to an 800-plus name mailing list.
Since the event is fully staffed, you are not required to be present throughout the two days; but we encourage you to spend as much time as you are able, especially Friday night from 5 pm – 9 pm during the open house and free wine reception. Shoppers come early for the best selection and enjoy meeting the artists in person.
