Artist Application information: 

The UU Holiday Art Fair is organized to make participating as easy and enjoyable as possible. It starts with check-in where you and one of our volunteers confirm your inventory in our computer system, then you set-up your booth. This takes place the week of the sale, either Wednesday, December 4 or Thursday, December 5. You choose the day and time on your application form. On average, check-in and set-up takes about 45-60 minutes depending on how much merchandise you have. There is no booth fee! Instead, 30% of your sales will go toward the church. This is our largest fundraiser, and we are so grateful for your participation!

The Art Fair opens Friday evening December 6 and runs throughout the following day, Saturday, December 7. After the sale closes at 4 pm on Saturday, you return at a time you have chosen form from 4:30 – 6:30 pm to confirm remaining inventory and pick up any unsold merchandise. Plan on this taking 30-45 minutes.

The Art Fair is fully staffed by church volunteers to handle sales. You are not required to be present during the event. Thank you for your interest in the event!
