Sunday Service: Easter Service – “The Support of One Who Suffers With…”

Please join us for “The Support of One Who Suffers With...,” an in-person service or Virtual service via Zoom at www.uuctc.org/sunday at 10:30am.  Our Order of Service is available at www.uuctc.org/oos. [Easter Sunday] [Rev. Jennie preaching] Martin Luther King, Jr. had considered becoming Unitarian. One reason he did not was his faith in, as Rosemary Bray McNatt wrote, “a suffering God who stood with suffering people despite their mistakes and failures.” The Easter Season is a time to examine where, in the midst of hard-ship, trauma, and evil, we find comfort and support, whether that is Jesus, or in an unseen, incorporeal presence.
