Sunday Service: “Wabi-Sabi: The Gifts of Imperfection and Impermanence”

Please join us for “Wabi-Sabi: The Gifts of Imperfection and Impermanence,” an in-person service or Virtual service via Zoom at www.uuctc.org/sunday at 10:30am.  Our Order of Service is available at www.uuctc.org/oos. [Denise Wilson speaking] Wabi-Sabi is a Japanese philosophy that helps us see the beauty in imperfection, appreciate simplicity, and accept the natural impermanence of all things. It offers a grounding and calming perspective as we try to create lives of peace and meaning in a world so full of chaos and uncertainty. Wabi-Sabi encourages us to release the desire for control and perfection, and it enables us to appreciate ourselves and the world as we are – flawed, but beautiful and worthy of care.
