[Worship Leader Rev. Dennis McCarty] This summer is the 250th anniversary of the U.S. as a nation, but it's also the 150th anniversary of Custer's Last Stand. Though courageous to a fault, Custer was a poor leader. His fiasco against the Sioux and Cheyenne was predictable, and has startling parallels to government leaders in our own time. Rev. McCarty will examine all this through the lens of Unitarian Universalist relationship theology.
