Please join us for “Transcendentalist Henry David Thoreau, Part I,” an in-person service or Virtual service via Zoom at www.uuctc.org/sunday at 10:30am.  Our Order of Service is available at www.uuctc.org/oos. [Rev. Jennie preaching] In the mid-1800s, Transcendentalist Henry David Thoreau moved to a cabin in the woods and lived there for two years. He paid attention to all of the life in nature around him, intentionally and spiritually, and he wrote the beautiful book, Walden. This sermon will illuminate ways Walden is still relevant and inspiring today.
