The Committee on Ministry strives to achieve the highest possible fulfillment of the congregation's mission through its overall ministry.  It shall

1. make recommendations and give guidance to Trustees, the congregation, and the minister of the health and welfare of the ministry of the congregation;
2. oversee the implementation and administration of the congregation's Covenant for a Healthy Community; and
3. guides processes for conflict resolution within the congregation.
