It is impossible to predict all of the winter weather conditions that might warrant the closing of UUC of Tippecanoe County. On Sunday mornings, when we all gather for Forum, Service, and RE, we will make every effort to be “open for business”. In addition, the Board has developed the following course of action for winter weather events:

"If there’s a declared snow emergency, if over 10” of snow has fallen, or if an ice storm or power outage would cause us to have a “Church Snow Day”, the office voice mail will be updated, a church-wide e-mail will be sent out by 8 a.m., and a posting will be made to our website and Facebook page. Our DRE will contact Nursery staff and classroom Guides. In addition, we will make every effort to contact as many media outlets as possible."

That being said, don’t take any unnecessary chances! If you feel you have reason to question your safety while traveling to or from UUC of Tippecanoe County, stay home.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Board president, or any Board member.
