Our church hosts numerous all church events, such as social justice programming, fundraising events, socials, and congregational meetings. All-church events are described by this policy. If are you planning an all church event using space at our church, please follow the process below to have the space reserved and the event posted on the all church calendar.
- Contact the Program Council Chair (the Past President) at least six weeks in advance of the event with all relevant information so the discussion can be added to the agenda.
- It is recommended that you attend that Program Council meeting to discuss the event so it can be approved.
- Program Council meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm in Rooms 101/103. If the event is approved, the Program Council chair will have it placed on the church calendar.
